Due to communication delays with our suppliers, your tracking number will most likely be provided in an email sent to you a day or more after placing your purchase. If you did not receive your tracking number, you can contact us at support@starfalllabs.com.au and we will provide you your tracking number ourselves as soon as possible.

If there is an issue with your order and you would like to request a refund, please email us at support@starfalllabs.com.au. Provide your order number and include a brief description of the issue and, if possible, attach a photo showing the condition of the item you received. If your refund request is approved, we will issue a full refund and provide a complimentary discount code for your next purchase as a token of our apology. Unfortunately, due to significantly longer and less reliable delivery times, we are unable to offer standard shipping to Asia and Africa at this time. As a growing business, most of our products are delivered within 6–13 business days across Australia. Delivery times are similar for most regions in North America, Europe, Oceania, and South America. However, orders to Asia and Africa may experience significantly longer delivery times due to logistical limitations. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, our support team will promptly assist in locating your package and ensuring it reaches your door. We’re also committed to offering fair compensation for any inconvenience caused.

Many of our components come with guides on our very own website to help you learn how to wire and code them. Starter kits usually include online or downloadable tutorials, either with the product or via a link we or the manufacturer provide. If you can’t find tutorials for a specific item, we suggest searching online, as most of our products are popular and well-tested by hobbyists across social media and other platforms.
