At Starfall Labs, we care about delivering your order on time and in good condition. This policy outlines our shipping process and customer responsibilities.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Australia and to select international regions, including North America, Europe, and New Zealand.

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

For Australian orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 6-12 business days

For international orders:

  • Delivery typically follows a similar timeframe but may vary depending on customs and regional processing.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders.
From time to time, we may provide free shipping promotions on select products or new releases.

4. Processing Time

All orders are shipped immediately once payment is confirmed.
Starfall Labs does not offer pre-orders or back-orders.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for paying any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the shipping fee.

6. Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, courier disruptions, or external factors such as weather or public holidays. Starfall Labs is not liable for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.

7. Incorrect Address or Uncollected Packages

Customers must provide a correct and complete shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered or a package is not collected within a 7-day timeframe, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier to retrieve the parcel. Starfall Labs customer support may assist where possible.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@starfalllabs.com.au within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
We will review your case and may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

9. Tracking and Notifications

Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the order has shipped.
Tracking updates can also be accessed via the Order Tracking page on our website.
